Inspector Fynn

Inspector Fynn- Half man, Half Shark, ALL COP.

Just a character I've been working on for a while now, he has a giant background story too, fyi.

In a world gone bad, only one Cop had the gills to fight crime.

Basically, the future is so messed up that the cops have rly no power against raging teens with their craziness, so they developed this half man, half shark super cop to defeat terror once and for all.

He also gets partnered up with a kind of 'upgrade' in genetically enhanced cop, a more civilized Killer whale-Man hybrid known as Inspector Holmes.

So Holmes and Fynn get into some wacky antics, because of their cultural differences, one being fish and one being mammal, they are constantly arguing and fighting for superiority.

Fynn is more of a shoot first ask questions later, while Holmes is his civilized counterpart. Reluctant at their partnership at first, they later find that they do indeed make the perfect crime fighting duo.
